Lakefront Stay
This project came to us with a mountain of challenges, deteriorating structures, seepage issues, broken walls, and an overall state of decay. But where others saw a lost cause, we saw potential.
Our goal was clear, to transform this neglected space into a vibrant, functional, and affordable haven for young travel enthusiasts, backpackers, solo adventurers, and nature lovers seeking cleanliness, practicality, and affordability in a stunning lakeside setting.
Beyond the physical overhaul, our team took charge of branding, identity, and all collaterals, repositioning the property as a true lakefront escape inspired by Naukuchiatal Lake, which lay just 10 meters away. Guests could wake up to the shimmer of water, step out for kayaking or paddleboarding, and soak in the tranquility of the hills.
What started as a distressed structure turned into a charming, thriving B&B, a complete turnkey transformation. The result? A highly successful venture that not only exceeded client expectations but also left a lasting impression on visitors. Many even likened the experience to a stay in Spain or France, drawn in by the blend of minimalistic comfort, European-inspired aesthetics, and seamless hospitality.
This project reaffirmed our belief in the power of vision, design, and execution and remains one of our proudest transformations.

Designing a Japanese Restaurant: "How is it possible that you understand Japanese Architecture, Rupam San?" This was one of the finest compliments we’ve ever received while designing a Japanese restaurant—for the Japanese themselves! It was both a challenge and an incredible learning experience.
The design reflected how Japanese culture values meaningful and creative environments for dining. What began as a humble trading concern has evolved into one of India’s leading automotive lighting organizations, facing challenges head-on while building an enduring legacy. Through the Experion Zone, we sought to bring to life Lumax’s core values—Respect, Integrity, Passion, and Excellence—and celebrate the spirit that has propelled the brand's success.
Every element of the space was thoughtfully curated to communicate not just the history of Lumax, but also the values that have shaped its journey. It is a space where the past, present, and future of Lumax come together in a way that honors its heritage while inspiring continued growth and progress. Identity Plus: Redefining the Dental Experience through Design
Identity Plus stands as one of the premier dental clinics in New Delhi, recognized for its cutting-edge treatments and patient-centric approach. Designing this space was more than just an architectural challenge, it was an opportunity to redefine the way people perceive and experience dental care.
The brief was clear: to create an international-looking clinic that is highly functional, aligning with the brand’s reputation for world-class dental care. While aesthetics were crucial, we knew the design needed to go beyond just looking good, it had to serve as a therapeutic environment for patients, reducing anxiety and fostering a sense of ease.

Being a part of Alchem Life's journey was more than just a project, it was an opportunity to shape the identity of a pioneering phytoceutical brand that seamlessly blends science and nature. With a diverse portfolio spanning OTC health solutions and premium skincare under the brand Alchem Life & EPIQUE, the challenge was to create an aesthetic that reflected its international stature while maintaining the ethos of natural wellness.
Our role extended beyond branding, packaging, and communication. We were entrusted with translating the brand’s philosophy into physical experiences. This led to the conceptualization and design of the EPIQUE Store and Exhibition, an immersive space that truly brought the brand to life.
Given Alchem Life’s global presence, the design had to be more than just visually appealing, it needed to exude sophistication, luxury, and credibility. Every element, from packaging details to retail architecture, was carefully curated to reflect the brand’s premium, nature-inspired positioning.
The result? A seamless convergence of science, luxury, and design, ensuring that every touchpoint, whether in-store or at an exhibition, captured the essence of EPIQUE’s phytoceutical excellence. It was a privilege to shape this vision and contribute to building a brand that stands tall on the global stage.
